Change Healthcare will continue to bill for dates of service prior to March 1, 2024. RAP/RACP recently rolled out text billing services and may send a text message prior to mailing a paper statement. We are offering this to make the billing process easier and faster for you. You can easily view your statement by clicking on the link in the text. A paper statement will be mailed if you do not view the statement online. If you prefer to receive paper statements only, you can opt out of text billing by replying STOP or calling our customer service line at 779-201-3884 or 779-201-3883.
This process reduces paper waste and is environmentally friendly.

Pathologists are physicians, like the doctor you visit in an office, who provide Anatomic and Clinical Pathology professional services. Pathologists bill separately for their professional services. If you don’t receive a bill, the pathologist has likely already received payment for their professional services from your insurance company, a government payor, or managed care plan.
